BSc, MSc, MRSB, RSci | PhD Researcher, University of Leicester | Cardiovascular Scientist
Co-founder & Cardiovascular Scientist
Calum Gore co-founded GC Biosciences in 2013 and leads the laboratory testing and science behind its programmes. He holds a BSc in Health Sciences (nutrition and immunology) and an MSc in Chronic Disease and Immunity, is a Registered Scientist (RSci) and Member of the Royal Society of Biology (MRSB), and is completing a PhD in Cardiovascular Sciences at the University of Leicester, researching how blood vessels age and what that reveals about long-term cardiovascular risk. His research gives GC Biosciences’ testing and programmes their scientific foundation.
Dr Rob Corney co-founded GC Biosciences in 2013. He is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition and holds a BSc, MSc, MPhil and a PhD from Loughborough University, with doctoral research on the hormones that regulate appetite and metabolism. That work underpins the nutrition and behaviour strategies used across GC Biosciences’ programmes, designed to work with each client’s biology rather than against it. Rob oversees the nutrition science behind every client plan.
